• All BBJ belts are custom-made, and we cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect measurements provided. All pre-orders will receive a week's notice prior to dispatch. Please be aware that pre-orders may require additional time for production and perfection; keep this in mind when placing your order! If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website. We do not accept returns on custom-made belts tailored to your specifications. Customers purchasing bespoke or personalized goods will be exempt from the cooling-off period under the CCR and will forfeit their right to cancel.

• Beltsbyjas.com is an online shop, delivering your order right to your door worldwide. However, direct collection from our workshop is not currently available.

• Price and Payment

  4.1 The price of the goods will be the price indicated on the relevant product page at the time you submit your order.

  4.2 All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change takes effect.

  4.3 Prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

  4.4 If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you and give you the option of continuing at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process the order until we have your instructions.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled within the first 24 hours, as this is for custom belts, including pre-orders. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period, as materials are specifically made to ORDER

ORDER PROCESSING

All BBJ belts are custom-made, and production may take up to 12 weeks. Please note that pre-orders may require additional processing time before shipping. We aim to dispatch completed products on the next working day. If we encounter any stock issues with a specific buckle, we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRE-ORDERING ITEMS

PRE-ORDER: These items are currently out of stock in both our physical and online stores. Development can take over 12 months, so please consider this when placing a pre-order. Refunds are not available for pre-orders.
A pre-order or back-order requires a down payment from the customer interested in securing the item. Please be aware that pre-orders can take significant time to perfect and produce. Refunds on pre-orders will not be issued.

We encourage you to read and fully understand all conditions outlined here before submitting your order.

UK DELIVERIES

5.1 We will deliver the goods to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete.

5.2 We offer the following delivery options: [ RM Standard Delivery (3-5 working days),  Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5.3 Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver the goods as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 30 days after the day on which the contract is formed, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5.4 If delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable. If there is a substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.

5.5 If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the carrier will leave a card telling you how to rearrange delivery or collect the goods.

5.6 A delivery is complete when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us, or when you or a person you have nominated collects them, and the goods will be your responsibility from that time.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For international deliveries, belts by jas uses FedEx / UPS Tracked Airmail. Typically, you should allow 5-15 days for transit, although this may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas. Any duties, VAT, fees, and charges imposed by the receiving country or delivery service are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels. Once your parcel is with the courier, it is their responsibility to ensure its delivery. While we will do our best to provide you with relevant information to make a claim directly, we are not responsible for claiming lost, damaged, or stolen parcels on your behalf. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This is a deposit for any custom work and will be took off the ending price fill in the form and I will get back to you this deposit is non-refundable this is for design work and time

all T-shirts and clothing are printed to order. They are not ready to ship straight away.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs charges upon delivery.

We cannot predict the exact amount, as it varies by country and order value.

Customs Clearance

Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for such delays.

 

WAITING TIME

All orders will be dispatched in the sequence in which they are received. Please be advised that there may be a waiting period of up to 12 weeks+ however, this approach is implemented to ensure fairness in light of the current demand. It is important to note that placing an order today does not guarantee priority, as there are other orders ahead in the queue. We appreciate your understanding and patience, as quality service is worth the wait.
