All BBJ belts are custom-made, and we cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect measurements you provide. All pre-orders will receive a week's notice prior to dispatch. Please note that pre-orders may require additional time for perfection and production; keep this in mind when placing your order! By continuing to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, which govern the relationship between you and Belts by Jas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website. We do not accept returns on custom-made belts tailored to your measurements. Customers purchasing bespoke or personalized goods will be exempt from the cooling-off period under the CCR and will forfeit their right to cancel.

(b) and in all other cases (including loss of the entire consignment) within 28 days from when the consignment was collected or received by us.
Beltsbyjas.com is an online shop, delivering your order right to your door worldwide. However, direct collection from our workshop is not currently available.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled within the first 24 hours, as this is for custom belts, including pre-orders. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period, as materials are specifically made to measure.
ORDER PROCESSING
All BBJ belts are custom-made and may take up to 4 weeks to produce. Pre-orders could require additional processing time before shipping. We strive to dispatch products on the next working day after they are completed. If we encounter any stock issues with a specific buckle, we will inform you about the delay and the estimated delivery time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRE-ORDERING ITEMS
PRE-ORDER: These items are currently unavailable or sold out in our physical and online shop. Development can take over 12 months, so please keep this in mind when placing a pre-order. No refunds will be available for pre-orders.
A pre-order or back-order involves placing an order in advance, which requires a down payment from the customer interested in acquiring the item. Pre-orders can take significant time to perfect and produce, so please consider this when ordering. Refunds on pre-orders will not be issued.

UK DELIVERIES
Your belts by jas product will be shipped via FedEx Tracked delivery. If you need your purchase sooner, please let us know. Next-day delivery may incur additional postal charges, and we will inform you of the feasibility and cost before you confirm your order.
If you have ordered an item from our website and have not received it within 7 days, please contact us. We will check the records with Royal Mail and investigate any issues. If we have proof of postage to your postcode, we cannot be held liable for non-receipt of goods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For international deliveries, belts by jas uses FedEx Tracked Airmail. Typically, you should allow 5-7 days for transit, although this may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas. Any duties, VAT, fees, and charges imposed by the receiving country or delivery service are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility to ensure its delivery. While we will do our best to provide you with relevant information for you to make a claim directly, we are not responsible for claiming lost, damaged, or stolen parcels on your behalf. By making a purchase from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

All orders will be dispatched in the order they are received. There may be a wait, but this is to ensure fairness given the current demand. Placing an order today does not guarantee priority, as there are others ahead of you. Remember, good things come to those who wait.
