On September 17, 1967, The Doors appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show. Jim Morrison wore a Thunderbird belt that was later transformed into a necklace, featured in Vogue, and then mysteriously disappeared.
I was fortunate to recreate this iconic necklace for an exhibition in Hollywood last year. I am now pleased to offer a faithful one-to-one replica, handcrafted in solid 925 sterling silver.
Each necklace weighs approximately 125 grams (4.2 troy oz) and measures 26–28 inches in length. This will be a limited run.
