All BBJ belts are custom made, and we cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect measurements provided by you. All pre-orders will receive a week’s notice prior to dispatch. Please be aware that pre-orders may take time to perfect and produce; keep this in mind when placing your order! By continuing to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, which govern the relationship between you and Belts by Jas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website. We do not accept returns on custom-made belts tailored to your measurements. Customers purchasing bespoke or personalized goods will be exempt from the cooling-off period under the CCR and will forfeit their right to cancel.

The terms 'Belts by Jas', 'us', or 'we' refer to the owner of the website. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

(a) 14 days of delivery for any damage to all or part of a consignment or loss of part of a consignment;
(b) and in all other cases (including loss of the entire consignment) within 28 days from when the consignment was collected or received by us.

Beltsbyjas.com is an online shop, and we deliver your order right to your door worldwide. However, direct collection from our workshop is not yet available.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled within the first 24 hours, as this is for custom belts, including pre-orders. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period, as materials are specifically made to measure.

ORDER PROCESSING

all BBJ belts are custom made and can take up to 4weeks to made pre-orders can take longer to process before shipping and we aim for the product to be despatched on the next working day after being made   if for any reason we are out of stock on a particular buckle it may take longer - in this case we will inform you and make you aware of the delay and timescale for delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS ON PRE-ORDERING ITEMS.

PRE-ORDER: These are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out from our physical/online shop. I can take over 12 months + to develop remember this when order A pre-order no refunds will be available on pre-orders 
Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance which requires a down payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product.pre-orders can take a long timeTo perfect and produce further in mind when ordering no refund on pre-orders will be given

UK DELIVERIES

Your  belts by jas product will be sent to you by FedEx Tracked delivery. If you need your purchase quicker then please let us know - there will be additional postal charges if the product is required next day - but we will let you know if this can be achieved and what the cost is prior to agreeing to order.

If you have ordered a item from the website and have not received after 7 days, then please contact us and we can check records with Royal Mail and investigate any issues. If we have the postal record and proof of posting to your postcode, then we cannot be held liable for non-receipt of goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For deliveries to other International countries belts by jas uses FedEx  Tracked Airmail. You should normally allow 5-7 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer. Any duty, VAT, Fees and Charges etc levied by the receiving country/delivery service are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

"We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Once your parcel had been handed to the courier, it is their responsibility to deliver your parcel. We are not responsible to claim the lost, damaged or stolen parcels for you however we will do our best to provide you with relevant information for you to make the claim directly . By making a purchase from our website, you understood and agreed to these conditions."

beltsbyjas.com is an online shop, and we can deliver your order to your door throughout the World However, it is not possible for you to collect your order directly from our workshop just yet

unfortunately one effort order is not been cancelled within the first 24 hours and cannot be cancelled with it being accustom belt same as pre-orders. This cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period and no refund will be issued as materials are pacifically made to measure.

**PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT AT LEAST 12 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER!!remember all my belts and accessories, made to order are handmade these are not off the shelf and are in high demand

All order will be dispatched in number order and there will be a long wait but this is to make it fair for the current demand.that means if you make an order today, it doesn't mean you are priority. There are people in front of you just remember good things come to those who wait.

If orders are ready any earlier we will of course dispatch them sooner.

VAT and taxes will be paid in the UK will not be paid in the country of arrival that is down to whatever tax bracket you have in the country you live
