1. When can I expect my items to arrive? Delivery times depend on the item. For non-customized, in-stock items, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days after we receive your order. Merchandise and clothing typically ship within 2-7 business days. For custom belts, lead times vary based on pattern complexity and current order volume. Orders are processed on a "first come, first served" basis, and generally, you should plan for a timeframe of 60 to 90 days from order placement to delivery. Estimated shipping dates will be included in your order confirmation email. If you need your belt sooner, please reach out to us about our expedited delivery options. All pre-orders will receive a week’s notice prior to dispatch. Keep in mind that pre-orders may take additional time to perfect and produce, so plan accordingly!

2. Sizing Issues and Return Policy Upon receiving your custom belt, you have three (3) days to contact us regarding any issues. If we can't reach a resolution, you may request a partial refund of 50%. Please note that sizing mistakes, style choices, and buyer's remorse are not eligible for this policy. For sizing issues (width, length, thickness, etc.), you have two options: Option #1: Request a 50% refund of the purchase price, plus shipping. Option #2: Have us remake the belt to the correct size for an additional 50% of the original price, plus shipping. Sizing issues account for nearly 80% of concerns we encounter with custom work, so we strongly recommend watching our sizing video, reviewing our sizing page, and measuring meticulously.

3. Why are your belts more expensive than those found in retail stores? The short answer: you get what you pay for. The longer answer is that most belts you find in retail stores are low-quality, roller-stamped, mass-produced items that typically last only 6-8 months—if you’re lucky. Our belts are hand-tooled one at a time from the finest leather available. They are crafted to be unique to each individual and, with proper care, can last a lifetime.

4. I have an old buckle set I'd like to use with my new belt. Is that possible?

Absolutely! You can either send us the buckle set for installation, or, if you're concerned about it getting lost, email us pictures along with its measurements so we can build your belt to fit. (Please make sure to insure your buckle set during shipping in case it gets lost or damaged.)

5. How many adjustment holes do you offer on your belts and how far apart are they?

Our belts come standard with 5 adjustment holes, spaced 3/4 of an inch apart, providing a total of 1 1/2 inches of adjustment in either direction. If you need more flexibility, you may request an additional two holes, one on each side of the center hole, resulting in a total of 2 1/4 inches of adjustment either way.

6. How far will you ship your belts? Do you ship overseas? We ship worldwide.

7. How long will it take to make my belt? This depends on the specific belt.

Can I collect my order?

Beltsbyjas.com is an online shop, so we deliver your order directly to your door worldwide. However, you currently cannot collect your order in person from our workshop.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after 24 hours, especially for custom belts and pre-orders. After this period, no refunds will be issued, as materials are specifically made to your specifications.
