All BBJ belts are custom-made, and we cannot accept responsibility for any incorrect measurements provided. All pre-orders will receive a week's notice prior to dispatch. Please be aware that pre-orders may require additional time for production and perfection; keep this in mind when placing your order! By continuing to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, which govern the relationship between you and Belts by Jas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website. We do not accept returns on custom-made belts tailored to your specifications. Customers purchasing bespoke or personalized goods will be exempt from the cooling-off period under the CCR and will forfeit their right to cancel.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled within the first 24 hours, as this is for custom belts, including pre-orders. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after the 24-hour period, as materials are specifically made to
ORDER PROCESSING
All BBJ belts are custom-made, and production may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that pre-orders may require additional processing time before shipping. We aim to dispatch completed products on the next working day. If we encounter any stock issues with a specific buckle, we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRE-ORDERING ITEMS
PRE-ORDER: These items are currently out of stock in both our physical and online stores. Development can take over 12 months, so please consider this when placing a pre-order. Refunds are not available for pre-orders.
A pre-order or back-order requires a down payment from the customer interested in securing the item. Please be aware that pre-orders can take significant time to perfect and produce. Refunds on pre-orders will not be issued.
We encourage you to read and fully understand all conditions outlined here before submitting your order.
UK DELIVERIES
Your belts by jas product will be shipped via royal mail Tracked delivery. If you require your purchase sooner, please let us know. Next-day delivery may incur additional postal charges, and we will inform you of the feasibility and cost prior to order confirmation.
If you have ordered an item from our website and have not received it within 7 days, please contact us. We will check our records with Royal Mail and investigate any issues. If we have proof of postage to your postcode, we cannot be held liable for non-receipt of goods.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
For international deliveries, belts by jas uses FedEx / UPS Tracked Airmail. Typically, you should allow 5-15 days for transit, although this may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas. Any duties, VAT, fees, and charges imposed by the receiving country or delivery service are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels. Once your parcel is with the courier, it is their responsibility to ensure its delivery. While we will do our best to provide you with relevant information to make a claim directly, we are not responsible for claiming lost, damaged, or stolen parcels on your behalf. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

**PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO WAIT AT LEAST 12+ WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER! All of our belts are handmade to order and are in high demand.
All orders will be dispatched in the order they are received. There may be a wait, but this ensures fairness given the current demand. Placing an order today does not guarantee priority, as there are others ahead of you. Remember, good things come to those who wait.
If orders are ready sooner, we will, of course, dispatch them early.
